We work under the name of Farms and Fincas and our registered spanish company is Rafino S.L. which is a swedish owned company specializing in buying and selling property in the south of Spain. Our office is in Monda, a village in the mountains 15 min drive from Marbella. My name is Madeleine Oberg and I run the business here in Spain. We are also involved in the property business in Sweden.

The company has 25 years business experience in Spain and we have a wonderful network of professional collaborators. As an example, we have worked with our lawyer for more then 20 years, our accountant 15 years. We can always recommend a professional and serious craftsman, electrician´s, gardener´s, plumber´s etc.

We offer a complete service including legal information and guidance, planning and construction, always with the help of local experts and builders.

Property transactions include all legal advice, from deposit to title deed. Rentals and contacts with community of property owners, banks etc. are also part of our activities.

Apart from all property related services, we also offer adminstration, management and setting up of spanish companies and trouble shooting within most areas.
